Welcome back to Episode 2 with the one and only Joe Humphreys.  Today, our destination is Spring Creek where we take a deep dive into the mind of Joe Humphreys and night fishing, fly selection, and why fly fishing is a thinking man’s game, plus how the documentary on his life, Live the Stream, came about, and how a book on fly fishing saved him as a troubled youth.  

Now in his 90’s, Joe is a national treasure having taught fly fishing to thousands, guided presidents and celebrities, and traveled the world representing the U.S. in fly fishing competitions.  But most of all Joe is just one heck of a nice guy and has a knack for making everyone around him feel downright special, including me.  A master storyteller, stick around to the very end to hear a great one.  Hint - It involves a cow and a back cast!
